Completed applications can be submitted either by post or by email and should be addressed to the Administrator.

Please note that as applications are considered by trustees at meetings held in March, June, September and December, there may be some delay in considering your request. However, in exceptional circumstances it may be possible to expedite an application. Accordingly, if you consider your need for support to be urgent, this should be clearly stated in your application.
